1.2 Inform Flinders Ports signal tower and SAMFS of testing being carried out

1.3 Isolate Romteck unit

2.1 Select "Local" control station and ensure "Test Mode" is on

2.2 Start Left monitor on water and record flow (min acceptable 4,050 L/min)

2.3 Record pump header pressure (min acceptable 1,450 kPa)
*
2.4 Set nozzle to full jet and record Left monitor range (min acceptable 65m)
*
2.5 Start Right monitor on water and record flow (min acceptable 8,100 L/min)
*
2.6 Record pump header pressure (min acceptable 1,400 kPa)
*
2.7 Set nozzle to full jet and record Right monitor range (min acceptable 65m)
*
2.8 Turn both monitors off
*
2.9 Isolate V17, V20, V21, V22, V23 & V24, and switch off "Test Mode"
*
2.10(a) Time for ROV1 to open fully (max acceptable 5 sec)
*
2.10(b) Time for ROV3 to open fully (max acceptable 5 sec)
*
2.11(a) Time for ROV2 to open fully (max acceptable 5 sec)
*
2.11(b) Time for ROV4 to open fully (max acceptable 5 sec)
*
2.12 Record water supply pressure to ROVs (acceptable range 600-700 kPa)
*
2.13 Turn off both monitors and check fire pumps have stopped
*
2.14 De-isolate V17, V20, V21, V22, V23 & V24
*
2.15 Check foam tank levels and fill tank if below 60 minute level
*
3.1 Check "Test Mode" is switched off and "Belly-Pack" is selected at fixed control station
*
3.2 Check valves are in their correct standby position (see wall chart)
*
3.3 Check fire pumps have stopped and low fuel alarm has not operated
*
If either low fuel alarm is active arrange for both fuel tanks to be filled
3.4 Advise SAMFS works are completed and de-isolate Romteck unit
